By using this website you agree to the following terms:

  1. Attention: There has recently been one fraud site that asks for donations to help PokemonLake and claims to be an official site. Please do not donate to any such site, as it will not help pokemonlake.com and it might result in your personal information being stolen.
  2. NEVER give your password away to ANYONE, even if they claim to be an administrator. The real administrators do not need your password and they will never ask for it.
  3. You must not in any way "steal" the name of PokemonLake and claim credit of the site.
  4. You must not use this site as a way to steal, abuse, scam or in any other way that is harmful to the users or the Administrators.
  5. You must NEVER ask people for their passwords in the PokemonLake chatroom. Such action will be punished with atleast a ban from the chatroom for a minimum of 1 hour. The PokemonLake staff will NEVER ask for your password and you must NEVER give it away if someone asks for it even if they claim to be an administrator.
  6. You must NOT "sell, rent" or "give away" your account to anyone. If you do not want your account, do not use it.
  7. You must NOT ask people for their credit card number, bank password, phone number or any other private details. Do NOT give your details to anyone, even if they claim to be the "PokemonLake administrator". The real administrators will NEVER ask for any personal details.
  8. If you cheat you'll get banned
  9. Upon submission, all maps are property of Pokemonlake.com. The Pokemonlake team can use them in any way, disregarding the users approval. The user submitting must accept this term.
  10. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
